Hay & Company Consultants was established in 1984 to provide specialized consulting services in hydraulic and water resources engineering. The firm brings together highly qualified professionals in the fields of hydraulic, coastal, river, marine, municipal and environmental engineering, hydrology, geomorphology, oceanography, limnology and instrumentation to provide its clients with a high level of technical expertise.

Our reputation has been built by engineering custom solutions to challenging projects, both domestically and internationally. Our expertise covers a broad spectrum of services, from planning, feasibility and impact studies, to the preparation of conceptual and final designs. We also provide construction services, including quantity and cost estimates, tendering and contract administration, construction inspection and overall project management.
