Job Responsibilities:

  • operational/regular duty plus project assignment
  • Support on Talent Hiring program and cross-site collaboration initiative and revamp external job application website
  • Support in creating an online HR portal for documents sharing
  • Support general HR operation and regular exercise under Compensation & benefits
  • Bachelor degree in Science, information system and Engineering is preferred

Finance & Accounting
Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accounting journals, ledgers
  • Data input into SAP
  • Prepare, reconcile accounts receivable records and statements
  • Accounting document record and filing
  • Bachelor degree in Finance or Accounting

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide end user support including office application, other technical support and IT projects
  • Assist in data analysis, system configuration preparation and system integration test of various IT solutions
  • Participate in IT projects and tasks as requested by Supervisor and IT PM
  • Assist Business Analyst on project implementation tasks (i.e. Data Analysis, System Testing and Training)

Job Requirement

  • Regular travel to China for work is a MUST (when the border resume to normal)
  • Good communication skills in both written and spoken in English and Mandarin is required
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook, digital painting, learning apps
  • Have a strong sense of responsibility
