Job Responsibilities
- Establish corporate culture, promote the corporate culture system and maintain core values.
- Build corporate culture communication platform, implement employee communication channels to organization for well communication.
- Writing and publishing of corporate employees’ engagement activities via Hayco magazines or Enterprise Wechat and so on.
- Be responsible for maintaining corporate official information window.
- Organize communication meetings at all levels.
- Communicate with branches regularly to support the promotion of corporate culture.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above.
- Good command of English listening, speaking, reading and writing.
- Good at writing and organization activities.
- Proficient in the use of communication tools / technologies with Internet thinking solutions.
- Good communication, organization and collaboration skills.
