Senior Specialist - HR Communication and Activity

Job Responsibilities

  1. Establish corporate culture, promote the corporate culture system and maintain core values.
  2. Build corporate culture communication platform, implement employee communication channels to organization for well communication.
  3. Writing and publishing of corporate employees’ engagement activities via Hayco magazines or Enterprise Wechat and so on.
  4. Be responsible for maintaining corporate official information window.
  5. Organize communication meetings at all levels.
  6. Communicate with branches regularly to support the promotion of corporate culture.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor degree or above.
  2. Good command of English listening, speaking, reading and writing.
  3. Good at writing and organization activities.
  4. Proficient in the use of communication tools / technologies with Internet thinking solutions.
  5. Good communication, organization and collaboration skills.
